Payment & Event Submission

Thank you for participating in a McAlister’s Share Night! Please complete this form after your event to submit the required information and documentation needed to process your organization’s payment.

Please have the following ready before completing the form:

  • Proof of promotion for your Share Night, such as a social media post, story, email, or other promotional material
  • Photos from your Share Night, if available
  • Your organization’s W-9 form
  • Tax-exempt documentation, if applicable
  • The name and mailing address where the payment should be sent

Please make sure all information provided matches the organization that participated in the Share Night. A check will be mailed via USPS directly to the organization using the information provided below.
